Dr. Daniel Costello has been practicing in Fairbanks for the past 2 years. Also from St. Louis, Dan received his first bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, later to attend Logan University for his chiropractic education. Dan is an active participant in post doctoral clinic neurology seminars.
Injuries first brought Russell to study human movement. Russell holds a degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and uses the Feldenkrais Method to improve posture, movement, and well-being. As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, he enjoys sharing ways to move more comfortably and easily with others.
Dr. Ashley May
Dr. May is a Naturopathic physician with advanced training and experience treating endocrine disorders (diabetes, hypothyroid, weight gain, menopause, low testosterone, etc.), peptide therapy, epigenetic testing, men's health, and environmental medicine (food allergies, environmental toxins, etc.). His goal is always health optimization not just disease management. You’ll hear him often saying “Let’s thrive not just survive.”
He completed his doctorate from Bastyr University, has a BS in Biology/Kinesiology and interned at the prestigious Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research under the “Father of Aerobics” Kenneth Cooper, MD. He also holds a certification in powerlifting from the U.S. Powerlifting Association.
Elizabeth Sewell, LPC
Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor accepting adult clients for therapy. She utilizes a person-centered approach to help clients navigate depression, trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. She enjoys assisting clients in gaining insight into their thoughts, choices and actions that keep them stuck in unhealthy or unhappy situations. Elizabeth is excited about helping her clients improve their quality of life.
Allison Carr is a licensed Acupuncturist, originally from Portland, OR. She received her BA in history from Reed College in 1997, and her Masters Degree from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2009. She is trained in Classical Five Element Acupuncture and is certified in both Herbal Medicine and Shiatsu Therapy. She moved to Fairbanks in 2016 and focuses her practice on Women’s Health, including fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. She also specializes in pain relief, trauma recovery and mental emotional wellness.
With over 10 years of clinical experience and extensive training in a wide variety of acupuncture styles, Allison brings her unique skill set to each treatment she provides. Her treatments are both rooted in modern science and guided by her empathetic understanding of the mind/body connection. Allison is a versatile practitioner that can treat most common health complaints, but has a special affinity for working with trauma, women’s health issues and complex health conditions. She graduated with a Master’s degree from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2009 and did a 2 year postgraduate mentorship in Classical Five Element Acupuncture.
